In tribute to Hova (Jay-Z) birthday which was 2 day ago, on December 4th. I decided to dedicate #ThrowbackThursday to him with his Rap City Freestyle. Yes I know many will say how is this a freestyle when he used the same bars in the classic song PSA off of 03 classic "The Black Album". Well this freestyle was recorded before he used them in the song PSA. Despite everything this 43 year old is a living hip-hop legend. Continue to be great HOVA!!!
